WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

When your destination country is the U.S., you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

Standard delivery is free for orders over $350. The discount applies automatically at the checkout.

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:

WHERE DOES KOASON DELIVER?

U.S.: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

CANADA: We ship orders to all Canada states  Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

AUSTRALIA: We ship orders to all AU states  Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

EU: We ship orders to all EU countries  Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

UK: We ship orders to all UK states , Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

TAX AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

Price excluding TAX

We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to.
