All sales are final and products have been well tested in good condition before delivery and we offer 30-day money back guarantee and accept replacement within 30 days from your receiving the goods, it must be returned as original in brand-new, un-used, undamaged and re-sellable condition,including original packaging and complete accessories that came with the item.

One year warranty after biding and customer can return it for repair within 12 months, please contact us first to get the detailed returning address before sending back. Professional installation is necessary and if the unit is broken by improper installation or misuse, we are not responsible for it. druing warranty time, if there is repair, customer is responsible for the returning shipping cost, we will send item back at our shipping cost, according to our past expierence, most of problems is caused by misuse/setting or wiring and misunderstanding, please read the manual carefully before operation. 

Shipping Policy:

Delivery time: for expedited shipping, We ship order via express such as Fedex or UPS usually, and it take around 5-7 working days. we will upload tracking no. onto Ebay after shipping, Please follow the tracking and contact express when package get your country and city to arrange safe delivery (to make sure there is receiver at home when express deliver your item).  Shipment over $200 will need a signature confirmation upon delivery.

For standard shipping via 4PX, it will take around 7-15 days usually and it depend on the shipping status. 

A complete and correct shipping address is essential. Goods would be packed well by double foam and box before shipping.

We only ship our products to Ebay-confirmed address and declare the goods with less value for you. in any cases, seller is not responsible for the customs tax.

For customers from remote area, extra shipping cost would be calculated according to courier's standard rate,please check the Fedex or DHL website link to see if your area belong to remote area. the shipping time would be a little longer also.
