I had used a sim card. Now I got a new 5G card, but the device does not accept it. Is the device not compatible with 5G or do I have to make any settings on the device, if so which ones.
- Please check the card size, a Micro SIM card is required.
- SIM card does not support hot-swap. You need to reboot after inserting the SIM card.
- After reboot, if there is still no signal or SIM card is not detected, please check if the SIM card is a 5G card. Please check if the SIM card is a 5G card. Currently the device does not support 5G, please switch to another 4G SIM card and try again.
