Many customers have purchased KOASON Android screens with wireless CARPLAY and Android AUTO functions. After installation, they cannot return to Android status by clicking the screen in the original interface. The following will explain how to solve this problem.

Mercedes-Benz models since 2018 have been NTG5.5 and 6.0 systems. Because the original screen of the Mercedes-Benz 6.0 system has a touch function, our Android screen has added an option in the Android factory mode to realize the touch function of the Mercedes-Benz 6.0 original car: Touch data continuously sent. When installing the KOASON Mercedes-Benz 6.0 Android screen, check this option to realize touch on the original interface.
On the contrary, if your car model is not NTG6.0 system, after checking this option, clicking the screen on the original interface will not work, because your original screen does not support touch function, but you can press and hold the screen for 3 seconds or press and hold the "return key" next to the original car knob for 3 seconds to return to the Android interface.

Return to Android state and enter Android factory mode to cancel this option.
