Fix Mercedes-Benz CarPlay Android Screen Display Issues Post-Install

Following the installation of the Koason Mercedes-Benz NTG3.0/3.5/4.0/4.5/4.7/5.0/5.5/6.0 Android screen, you might experience issues such as flickering or incorrect display within the original system.

Certain models may appear to function correctly with the original interface; however, upon switching back to the Android interface, issues such as lingering images or screen flickering after reversing can occur. The following images depict common problems encountered with the Mercedes Android display:

These visual irregularities stem from an incorrect selection of the original vehicle display parameters. To rectify this, you must access the Android’s factory mode to choose the appropriate settings.

Different Mercedes-Benz original systems have different parameters. You need to select car models one by one according to the original radio system until the original interface displays normally:

For Mercedes-Benz NTG3.0 system vehicles, please select option 21/22/23/24.

For Mercedes-Benz NTG3.5 system vehicles, please select option 19/20.

For Mercedes-Benz NTG4.0 system vehicles, please select option 13/14/15/16/29/30.

For Mercedes-Benz NTG4.5/4.7 system vehicles, please select option 11/12/13/14/17/18.

For Mercedes-Benz NTG5.0 system vehicles, please select option 5/6/7/8.

For Mercedes-Benz NTG5.5 system vehicles, please select option 1/2/3/4/9/10.

For Mercedes-Benz NTG6.0 system vehicles, please select option 3/25/26/27/28.

Once the correct parameters are selected, press the reset button located on the side of the Mercedes Android screen to initiate a restart. Following this, the OEM display should function as intended.
