so I set up everything but for some reason I have no audio and I cannot go back to my original home screen I tried to hold the menu but for some reason I cannot go back. It goes straight to a black clock.

please check the attached photo for setting, you have chosen the first one "Car without OEM monitor", need to not choose it, so you can see the original home screen.
